You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of our systems, database, or API infrastructure.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid tier until the end of your current billing period.

These Terms of Service and your relationship with Ambivator shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
